EasySET treatment plants are designed for facilities without access to a sewage network. By utilizing RBC (Rotating Biological Contactor) technology, they achieve high purification efficiency combined with unmatched user convenience and exceptionally low operating costs compared to other solutions. A key feature of EasySET treatment plants is their simple design and the absence of mechanical systems for injecting air into the tank, which minimizes the risk of unpleasant odors escaping from the tank. The movement of the shaft is driven by a low-speed, quiet, energy-efficient motor with a gearbox, known for its longevity. Due to the uneven wastewater inflows commonly found in many facilities, the FlowSET flow balancing system is integrated into the devices. It utilizes the movement of the shaft and, through installed overflow vessels, dispenses a constant amount of wastewater into the media zone, ensuring an equal treatment time by aerobic bacteria.
All EasySET devices are made from GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester), a material widely used in the aerospace, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its high circumferential rigidity, tightness, and resistance to aggressive environments, this material is ideal for wastewater treatment plant tanks.
